Was a welcome base for christmas. I was given suite with climate control, flat-screen TV, and a fridge. This was a great location close enough to the Philippines and the airport and the mini cafe.

Had an amazing stay at a hotel in Manila! the staff was very friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. the location was fantastic and central to everything I needed. the hotel also had free Wi-Fi and complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch and perfect for my business trip.

The hotel room lacked some basic amenities such as a table light and light switch by the bed. the bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable too.

The hotel could improve on its lighting fixtures. The all-or-nothing lighting in the rooms is too bright at times, and a simple lamp for low-key lighting would be an appreciated addition.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming receptionist at Festive Hotel. She accurately took note of our arrival date and made us feel comfortable. The bed in the room was comfortable, and the simple setup made the room feel spacious. Despite having a lot of luggage, the room did not feel crowded. My 17-year-old daughter, who has stayed in many hotels, said this was the best feeling she had and it felt like home. I felt the same way. Whenever we needed something, the staff quickly responded and provided it for us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a homely experience.

While the stay was generally great, the daily reminders about payment were a bit bothersome. We were also charged for pillows and blankets, even though the bed did not have a sheet.
