that hotel was in a nice and absolutely perfect location, nice to help me to find a taxi. what's more, it was just next door to the philippines and the mini cafe.

The staff was super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The hotel was impeccably clean. We loved how we could grab meals at the cafe any time-breakfast, lunch, or dinner-without stepping out. The laundry service was a lifesaver for us!

The 24/7 cafe downstairs served delicious coffee, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles every morning, making our stay feel cute and pleasant.

Unfortunately, we encountered a few hiccups-like a cockroach in our room and some confusion with our payment, which left us feeling a bit unsettled.

Despite this, the overall experience was positive, with great hospitality and convenience. A random issue arose with the air conditioning stopping during one night, which left us uncomfortable, but the staff tried their best to assist us with that.

Cozy atmosphere with great staff

The rooftop bar had an entertaining band and offered excellent food and drinks with a cozy atmosphere at night. One downside was that the TV remote didn't work properly despite attempts to fix it, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

Staff are genuinely friendly. The restaurant's authentic Filipino dishes are excellent, with craveable salads adding to the highlight of dining here. The absence of an ironing board was inconvenient, and while the hotel is clean and well-kept, it could benefit from a broader menu choice in the Cafe.

We had a great time spending a day in the family room which was equipped with useful amenities like an electric kettle and fridges.
